ROMs

Eventually I'd like to provide a lot of screenshots and information about each cartridge image provided, as well as instructions on how to use cartridge images with the emulator of your choosing, but for now I'm going to just provide a couple links to an extensive collection of ROMs and instructions on how to used them with MAME.  If I get really ambitious I will just put together an installer to take care of all these details.

To install MAME just run the self-extracting executable provided and choose a folder you want to run it from such as "C:\MAME".

In the MAME folder there is a subdirectory called "roms" in which you should extract the system image archive made available by Western Horizon Technologies.

Create a new folder in the "roms" folder called "ti99_cart" and extract the cartridge image archive, also provided by Western Horizon Technologies, into that folder.

At this point you can use the command line to run just about anything, for example "mame64.exe ti00_4a parsec" will start up the emulator with the Parsec cartridge loaded.

If you are using the MAMEUI it is apparently not smart enough to find those system/cartridge images on its own and you have to add the folders in the properties for the TI-99/4a in the list of available systems.

Pretty straightforward, but like I said I will be expanding upon this in the future and just wanted to get something out there to start with.
